The ‘hot rodent boyfriend’ is the dating trend of the summer.
But TV dating show The Bachelorette may have taken that too literally.
Social media went into a frenzy this week when viewers of the first episode of the new series were convinced they saw a pair of rodents running past in the background of the show’s mansion setting during a romantic scene.

And it turns out that, yep, it was indeed two rats, with show producers telling Entertainment Weekly:
“You’ll notice there were two of them. Everyone deserves to find love!”
