A TikTok of an Australian trying to pronounce the word ‘no’ went viral – and annoyed a lot of Australians

Australian actress, model and gamer Hylia Fawkes has a strong accent, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. It did, however, allow social media content creator @cherdleys to produce this clip in which he tries to help her say ‘no’ in a more conventional way.

Spoiler alert – it didn’t work.

Hylia couldn’t see the problem.

“BUT I DID SAY NO.”

TikTok users weren’t convinced.

Actually if she was really one of us she’d say “yeah….nah”.
